During my recent stay at Henri Country House in Seefeld, I had the pleasure of experiencing their exceptional dining offerings. The onsite restaurant embodies a true celebration of regional cuisine. I indulged in a seasonal menu that showcased fresh ingredients sourced from local farmers, which felt quite reminiscent of the sustainable culinary practices I advocate at home in New Zealand. Breakfast was a delightful buffet served daily from 7:30 AM, featuring everything from fresh fruit to crispy bacon. It was a perfect way to fuel up for a day on the slopes. I also took a moment to grab a coffee at the café, where I could unwind on the sunlit terrace while taking in the beautiful mountain views. The ambiance throughout the hotel, paired with the friendly service, made for a welcoming atmosphere that I appreciated greatly.
